Ellery Beach House

Ellery Beach House is located at the very tip of Elfviks udde on Lidingö, just about 18 minutes from central Stockholm, and describes itself as the city's only beach resort. The facility opened in 2020 and is operated by ESS Group, with a design that clearly draws inspiration from the 60s and 70s with pastel colors, wood, and playful details – more Palm Springs than archipelago, yet right in the archipelago.

The heart is the Coco Beach Club with several heated pools, saunas, fire relaxation, cabanas, and its own bathing jetty. The pools are kept warm year-round, so it's just as good to swim on a snowy winter evening as on a hot summer day. The restaurants Palmers and Coco serve seasonal food with international influences, and cocktails are mixed to music in Bally Bar.

There are also paddle courts, a gym, and its own marina. Ellery Beach House is perfect for a social spa weekend with friends or a romantic getaway close to the city – with an atmosphere that continues well into the evening.
