Solstrand Hotel & Bad is located by the Bjørnafjord, just 30 kilometers south of Bergen, overlooking the fjord and Kvinnherad Alps. The hotel was built in 1896 as a resort for Bergen's merchant families and is still operated by the same family – the bright, airy wooden house retains its turn-of-the-century charm.
